Given that most heavy rainfall occurs in Brisbane in late afternoon storms and acrylic paint takes a few hours to dry, we may be able to make progress in the morning.

For instance, in a school, you’ll likely need to repaint more frequently due to wear and tear than in a private medical clinic where walls don’t need cleaning as often. Suppose we’re temporarily blocking any common areas. In that case, it’s important to communicate details to anyone this may impact and let them know how long we’ll be on-site. 

This depends on how much natural light your common areas receive. Hallways, for example, don’t typically get a lot of natural light, so using a colour that’s too dark can make it feel smaller than it is. On the other hand, if you have ample, open space with plenty of light, you’ll have more options. Also, neutral colours like beige or grey hide wear and tear better and won’t go out or date quickly like some other bright colour choices.

We can provide quotes virtually based on building plans as long as they include all measurements and photos. Be aware that these quotes may not be 100% accurate, and therefore we ‌recommend a site visit where possible. We don’t currently work on projects for builders or new construction projects.

Our comprehensive business insurance policy covers any financial loss or damage should there be any issues. We take safety precautions ‌seriously for everyone on-site, so this is an infrequent scenario. 

Yes, we organise all height access equipment and scaffolding to ensure we can access the building before we begin any work on the project. Because of safety concerns for our employees, we do not currently service any buildings over three to four stories high. We’re passionate about transparency with our pricing. Our quote provides a full breakdown of all associated costs if we need to use any height access gear for your project.

We can work alongside other trades if necessary. Our preference is to have full access to the site so that there are no delays to our painting project. That way, we’re not relying on other trades to finish up jobs before we can make progress. We recommend scheduling other trades before or after our commercial painters arrive on-site for smoother project delivery.

Our payment terms for any commercial painting projects are typically seven days from the invoice date. If, however, you require different payment terms, for example, 30 days, we can organise this on a per-project basis.
